Exercise and Safety Warning
Kickboxing and physical exercise involve risk of injury. You are responsible for deciding whether you are physically capable of participating in any workout provided through the app.
Stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, difficulty breathing or any other concerning symptoms.
Seek advice from a qualified medical professional before beginning a new exercise program, particularly if you have an injury, medical condition or concerns about your ability to exercise safely.
General Fitness Information
Hard Knocks Fight Camp provides general fitness and kickboxing training content. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or personalised medical recommendations.
Safe Training Environment
You are responsible for ensuring that your training space is safe, clear of hazards and suitable for the selected workout.
Use suitable protective equipment and appropriate supervision where necessary. Do not perform contact drills, sparring or partner exercises without suitable training, equipment and supervision.
Use of the App
You may use the app only for lawful personal purposes. You must not attempt to interfere with the app, gain unauthorised access to its systems or reproduce and distribute its content without permission.
Availability and Changes
Features, workouts and content may be updated, changed or removed. We do not guarantee that every feature will always remain available or operate without interruption.
Intellectual Property
The Hard Knocks Fight Camp name, branding, workout content, audio, written material and app design are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, sell, publish or commercially distribute this material without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hard Knocks Fight Camp is not responsible for injury, loss or damage resulting from improper use of the app, failure to follow safety instructions or participation beyond your physical ability.
Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or guarantees that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
